Delete your DIRO account
You can delete your account directly from the app. This ends account access and cannot be undone.
How to delete your account

Open the DIRO app and sign in to your account.

Choose Profile, then open Settings.

Choose Delete account and review the consequences.

Confirm that you understand, then choose Delete my account.
Before deleting your account
Complete or cancel any active booking first. DIRO cannot delete an account while a merchant is still holding a scheduled slot for that booking.
Cannot open the app?
Send the request from your account email address. The DIRO team will verify account ownership before processing deletion.
